This Privacy Policy explains how Zentarias Technologies LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects Personal Information collected through our website and digital properties. It applies solely to our Site and does not apply to third-party websites, services, or applications, even if accessible through our Site.

1. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Zentarias Technologies LLC ("Zentarias," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information that relates to you or your household ("Personal Information") when you visit any website or digital property that links to this Policy (collectively, the "Site").

This Policy applies only to our Site and does not extend to any third-party websites, services, products, or applications — even if they are made available by us or accessible through our Site. By visiting or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and agree to its terms.

Your privacy matters to us. We are committed to handling your Personal Information responsibly, transparently, and in compliance with applicable federal and state privacy laws in the United States, as well as applicable international privacy frameworks where relevant.

2. ZENTARIAS PRODUCTS AND BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS SCOPE

Zentarias's products and services — offered through our Site and platform — are intended exclusively as business-to-business (B2B) offerings. This Privacy Policy does not apply to our data handling practices in the context of those B2B products and services, which are instead governed by the Zentarias Terms of Service, the Data Protection Addendum (DPA), and other applicable agreements between Zentarias and its Customers.

If you are an End User of Zentarias products and services through a Zentarias Customer (such as your employer), the Customer's own privacy policies and legal agreements govern the use and sharing of your personal information within those products. We encourage you to review your employer's privacy and data-sharing policies to understand your rights in that context.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

We collect Personal Information about you for several purposes, primarily to provide and continuously improve the Site, to manage and support your use of the Site and any associated account, and to deliver a personalized and relevant experience.

3.1 Information You Provide Directly

We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you create an account, sign up for marketing communications, contact us, or otherwise interact with us through the Site. This may include your name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number, as well as any other information you voluntarily provide, including responses to surveys, participation in promotions or contests, or referrals you submit through the Site.

3.2 Information Collected Through Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We collect information about you and your devices through "cookies" — small text files placed on your device by your browser when you visit the Site. We may use session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your device for a set period or until deleted). We use cookie-derived information to recognize returning visitors, understand how and when you engage with the Site, monitor aggregate usage and traffic patterns, improve and personalize your experience, support advertising campaigns, and enable affiliates and third-party partners to deploy their own cookies.

3.3 Web Beacons and Pixel Tags

Our Site and certain HTML-formatted marketing emails may use web beacons — also known as pixel tags, clear GIFs, or 1x1 images — alone or in combination with cookies to collect data about your interaction with the Site and our email communications. Web beacons in emails may allow us to determine whether you opened a message and whether you clicked any links within it.

3.4 Information Received from Third Parties

We may receive Personal Information about you from third-party sources, such as marketing data from our partners or affiliates, which may be combined with information we already hold about you. We use this combined data to deliver more relevant communications and better-tailored service offerings.

We also automatically collect location information (approximate geolocation from your IP address), device information (hardware model, OS version, device identifier, mobile network information), and usage/log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, links clicked).

4. HOW WE USE AND RETAIN YOUR INFORMATION

We use the Personal Information we collect about you for the following purposes:

  • Account setup, administration, and management (performance of contract)
  • Identity verification and fraud prevention (legitimate interest)
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations (legal obligation)
  • Providing, operating, and continuously improving the Site (performance of contract / legitimate interest)
  • Developing and pricing new products and services (legitimate interest)
  • Communicating with you about our products, services, promotions, and marketing campaigns (consent / legitimate interest)
  • Analytics and understanding how users interact with the Site (legitimate interest)
  • Spam, malware, and security threat protection (legitimate interest)
  • Enforcing our Terms of Service and other applicable agreements and policies (performance of contract)
  • Any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or to which you provide consent

We retain your Personal Information only for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.

5. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES

We only share Personal Information collected through the Site as described in this Policy. We do not sell your Personal Information in the traditional commercial sense; however, certain activities described below may qualify as "sharing" under applicable state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA.

5.1 Service Providers

We may share your Personal Information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Site, delivering our Services, and fulfilling the purposes described in this Policy. These providers are authorized to use your Personal Information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are contractually required to protect it.

5.2 Partners and Affiliates

We may share your Personal Information with our business partners and affiliates for the purposes described in this Policy. Our partners and affiliates may contact you regarding their services and offerings.

5.3 With Your Consent

We may share your Personal Information when you direct or authorize us to do so. For example, if you authorize a third-party application or integration to access information from your Zentarias account, we may share your Personal Information with that application as directed.

5.4 Telephone Communications

By providing your telephone number to Zentarias, you consent to Zentarias, our affiliates, or our authorized partners contacting you via autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages. To opt out of marketing phone and text communications, please contact us at marketing@zentarias.com.

5.5 User Profiles and Submissions

If you register for an account on the Site, your user profile may include your name, location, email address, and phone number. This information may be visible to other registered users or Site visitors with whom you interact through the Site.

5.6 Business Transactions and Corporate Changes

In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, bankruptcy, dissolution, or similar corporate transaction, your Personal Information and other data may be transferred to or disclosed to a third party as part of that transaction.

5.7 Legal Disclosures and Protection of Rights

We may disclose your Personal Information to government authorities, law enforcement agencies, or private parties when we believe in good faith that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, protect the rights, property, or safety of Zentarias or others, or prevent, detect, or stop illegal, unethical, or harmful activity.

5.8 Advertising and Interest-Based Marketing

We may participate in interest-based advertising programs and work with third-party advertising networks, social media platforms, and data partners to deliver targeted advertisements. To opt out, you may use the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI), Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA), or The Trade Desk opt-out tools.

5.9 Analytics

We use third-party analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to measure traffic and usage trends on the Site and to better understand the demographics and behaviors of our visitors.

5.10 Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

Zentarias does not sell your Personal Information in the traditional commercial sense. However, certain U.S. state privacy laws define "sell" and "share" broadly to encompass certain types of data transfers, including participation in advertising networks. To opt out, use the mechanisms described in Section 5.8 or contact us directly.

6. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

6.1 Security Measures for Site Data

Zentarias implements commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the Personal Information we collect from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, accidental destruction, and exfiltration. These measures include encryption, access controls, secure data transmission protocols, and regular security assessments. Please be aware that no method of transmitting information over the Internet or storing information electronically is completely secure.

6.2 Third-Party Sites and External Links

Our Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, products, or applications ("Non-Zentarias Products"). If you choose to visit or use any Non-Zentarias Product, any information you provide is subject to that third party's own privacy policy and data practices. Zentarias is not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of Non-Zentarias Products.

7. MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS

You may opt out of receiving marketing and promotional communications from Zentarias at any time by following the unsubscribe link or instructions included in any marketing email we send you, emailing us at marketing@zentarias.com, or contacting us directly. Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still contact you for transactional or account-related purposes.

8. NON-DISCRIMINATION AND RIGHT TO EQUAL SERVICE

Zentarias does not discriminate against Site visitors or users who choose to exercise their privacy rights under any applicable data privacy law. Exercising your privacy rights will not result in denial of services, different pricing, or any other adverse treatment. Site visitors may generally exercise their privacy rights at no charge.
